At the beginning of the first quarter, we launched a project aimed at setting standards for short-term apartments that are adapted and protected from the coronavirus.
In a joint activity with apartment management, marketing companies, pest control and microbiological experts, infrastructure was laid down to allow businessmen, locals, and tourists to rent apartments that will have a standard label that will prove that they are protected from the coronavirus.
The project will begin in capital cities in Europe – Athens, Vienna… and in Asia – Hong Kong, Bangkok…
We are working in these cities and more in order to enable traveling abroad. Despite the limitations of the coronavirus and to exploit the real estate assets held by people to increase the ROI.
We will work with policymakers to formulate an international standard to be recognized and implemented in these apartments.
